1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PBoxGlobal ("PBoxGlobal", "we", "us", or "our") and the products, services, modules, websites, and applications offered through it (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The PBoxGlobal platform
PBoxGlobal provides a financial platform that may include a core account (payments, deposits, transaction history, and virtual accounts), and optional modules such as corporate cards, global payroll, treasury & FX, invoicing, analytics, and a developer API. Availability of any specific feature or module depends on your plan, verification level, region, and our discretion. We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction. You may not use the Service if you are located in a sanctioned country or are subject to applicable sanctions or export restrictions. We may restrict availability in certain regions.
4. Account registration & verification
You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it updated. To access certain features you must complete identity verification (KYC/AML), which may require government-issued identification, proof of address, and beneficial-ownership or business documentation. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.
5. Fees and activation
Opening a core account requires a one-time activation fee of $120 (the "Activation Fee"). Optional modules are enabled on request and may be subject to additional fees, which will be disclosed before activation. Transaction, FX, card, and network fees are shown to you before you confirm each action. We do not apply hidden percentage-of-amount spreads; all applicable charges are presented transparently. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful activity, including money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, tax evasion, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable law. You may not use the Service to transmit funds derived from illegal activities or to circumvent geographic or regulatory restrictions.
7. Your responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of instructions you submit, the legality of your transactions, and compliance with tax and reporting obligations in your jurisdiction. You authorize us to rely on instructions authenticated through your account credentials and any configured multi-factor authentication.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account, or decline or reverse a transaction, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, applicable law, or our risk policies, or to comply with legal or regulatory requirements. You may close your account at any time, subject to settling outstanding obligations.
9. Disclaimers
PBoxGlobal is a financial technology company, not a bank. Banking, card issuing, settlement, and related services are provided by licensed third-party partners. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PBoxGlobal and its partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PBoxGlobal and its partners from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.
12. Intellectual property
All trademarks, logos, software, and content provided through the Service are the property of PBoxGlobal or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written permission.
13. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PBoxGlobal is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer-protection law.
